Prefinished

Pre-finished hardwood flooring has become an important addition to the hardwood flooring industry. It has become a popular choice for both home and business owners. The first pre-finished hardwood flooring was offered primarily in oak with a wax finish. You can now purchase pre-finished flooring in a wide variety of finishes and colors both in domestic and exotic species.

There are many advantages to choosing a pre-finished floor. The most notable being the elimination of the job site sanding and finishing. This means that the floor is ready to be walked on as soon as the installation is complete and the clean up is minimized considerably. There have also been many advances in the types of finishes offered on pre-finished floors. Many of the finishes carry 25year to lifetime wear warranties. Below are the manufactures that Allstate Flooring makes available.
